Online Resources

- Engadget.com - a weblog and podcast about technology and consumer electronics; includes step-by-step DIY CNC machine instructions!
- Fab@Home - a website explaining how to build a DIY "3D Printer" or "rapid prototyper". Very cool.
- Gizmology.net - A tinkerer with a whole lot of useful resources... From stove-top metal casting to industrial engineering references. Also has links to part suppliers.
- HowStuffWorks.com - this particular link takes you to "fasteners". I spent a bunch of hours sorting through hundreds of nails, screws, bolts, etc in the Milo workshop one night, and this should help identify what each type is.
- SteampunkWorkshop.com - the inspiration for this site, frankly. Really great projects!
- BecauseWeCan - a great design / fabrication website by an inspiring couple in California
